Matt is a child of the 80s that was raised partially by his parents but mostly by his TV and VCR. His family didn’t have cable while he was growing up but they did have two movie rental stores within a short walk and several more a quick bike ride away. Matt and his brother would spend countless hours perusing the titles and arguing about who should get to choose which movies would be brought back home. His childhood heroes include Indiana Jones, Robocop, Eddie Murphy in anything from the 80s and Maverick from Top Gun (Not that there’s anything wrong with that). These days he has a wide array of streaming and rental services to help feed his movie addiction, but he longs for the old days of wandering down the aisles trying to find hidden gems.

Mike is a life-long Chicago resident, that loves watching movies in nearly every minute of his spare time. He attended the Illinois Center for Broadcasting and shares a passion for radio production. Mike previously hosted the sports/radio/film themed radio show, “Open Mike”, for the Slam Radio Network.
